Sellersburg is a village in Wayne County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 441 at the 2010 census.
Sellersburg was platted in 1876 when the Burlington and Missouri River Railroad was extended to that point. The village was named for its location on an acre of ground purchased from William Sellers.
As of 2020, the mayor of Sellersburg is Marc J. Smith, and the village clerk is Mark Dungan. The village relies on volunteer Fire and Rescue services, and traditionally holds an annual Sellersburg festival the first Saturday in August. This festival includes a parade, carnival, live music, and more.
