How can one get a flight receipt from Priceline?

Priceline has a policy against giving receipts that evidence payment because of how they process payments.
The solution is to request a receipt from an airline agent at the ticket counter or gate, before the flight.

Update: If someone at Priceline reads this, you really should change that.

If you go to the Priceline Find My Trip screen, enter your email address and Priceline trip number, you should be directed to the receipt screen.

Team, I was able to get a link in text chat with priceline support for a hotel receipt. The format was https://www.priceline.com/receipt/<64-character hexadecimal number>?offer-token=&csagent=Y#/accept/. (The hotel I stayed at would not give me the receipt because they said they don't actually have the info i need, ,since I booked with 3rd-party).
