The company will most likely want to bring you in for an on-site interview, as an Indian you will need a standard visitor visa for this.

If they decide they want to hire you then they will need to start the process of sponsoring your work visa application. Most likely a "Tier 2 general" visa. IIRC you can't switch from a visitor visa to a Tier 2 in the UK and so you will need to leave the UK after your interview.

AIUI you can remain on Tier 2 general for a total of up to 6 years. After 5 years you can apply for ILR.
