You scan your fingerprints at the border when you enter the US so your plan would be foiled as your identity will be instantly linked to your other passport. However luckily there's no need to resort to deception. Instead, you could:
Fly outside North America and then come back for a fresh 90 days. Unlike the Schengen area there isn't a hard limit on the number of days you can spend in the US within a certain period, as long as you go outside the adjacent countries first.
Apply for a regular B1/B2 visa which would allow you to spend up to 6 months in the US
