I would say that the solution is to get a new job. (Or maybe enroll in university in your home country). Maybe get married and start a family. But do something to show that you have ties to your home country, and have every intention of returning.
The way your application looks, you are "between jobs." For all they know, you might be looking for a new one in Germany. That's a scenario they don't want to deal with.
