You don't have to walk at all: you can get an Uber right at the Door 3 in the international terminal of LIM by ordering it through the Uber phone application, and luckily Door 3 one of the closest door to the baggage claim.

For the ride I took, Taxi Green quoted me 60 PEN while Uber was 36 PEN.
